Do prices include the frame and the print?

Yes, all our prices include the framery and print, unless the the "no frame" option was selected.

Can I make minor changes to the design?

This option is possible for most designs. Kindly, get in touch with us for further assistance.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes we do, head over to our custom consultation page and book a time with a member from our team now!

How many days does it take to deliver my order?

Orders usually take up to 2-4 working days, but we always try out best to deliver asap!

Do you do installations for gallery walls?

In light of covid-19 we are not doing home installations. However, all our gallery wall orders come with a complimentary hanging guide for easy and flawless hanging!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Since all orders are custom made, frame exchanges are not allowed. Unless the item was defected or a mistake was made from our side. Prints on the other hand, could be exchanged for an extra fee. However, if you wish to exchange something, do contact us and we'll do our best to help you with the available options!

Can i make changes to my order?

No changes can be made once the order is confirmed.

How can I sell my art on The Framery?

Simply email info@theframery.co and attach a sample of your work. We will review it and get back to you asap!
