Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Business Development
Responsibilities
- Managing artists portfolio
- Identifying new artists collaborations
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Play a role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Follow-up of sales
- Promoting the company and its products/services
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business or a related field
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Past experience with e-commerce sales funnel and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience with sales techniques
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Interest and knowledge in art and its different genres
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
Graphic Design
Responsibilities
- Brainstorming and assisting on mock-up designs
- Designing and editing social media posts, stories, posters..etc
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Pitching creative concepts
- Brainstorming social media and marketing campaigns
- BS/MS degree in design or a related field
- Creative flair and strong visual design skills (good sense of balance, grid, color, typography, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
- Proven top-notch concept development abilities, superior design aptitude, fast production skills, and an eye for detail across all media
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, use resources, identify and address problems, and meet deadlines
